The Historic Cabins of Highwood Creek features two unique, private cabin sites nestled in towering evergreen trees, along Highwood Creek.

Stephenson Cabin

Imagine sitting in a rocking chair on the covered porch listening to the sounds of the Highwood Creek. Later, an inviting campfire on the rear patio beckons you. Out of the silence, you hear in the distance, an elk bugling.

Inside, you find the rustic charm of a Historic Cabin with comfortable amenities including a large, private bedroom with a queen bed. In the Living Room there is a rock, wood-burning fireplace, a couch, dining table and chairs, several rocking chairs and a loft area with two, single beds. All bed and bath linens are provided. The country kitchen features a refrigerator, a two-burner hot plate and a microwave oven. Cookware, plates, glasses and eating utensils are provided. In addition, all needed cleaning products are on site.

A natural spring is located on the property. Bottled
water is also provided.

Bridge over Spring

A true Montana experience! The cabin does have a bathroom with a shower, sink and vanity. Far enough away but close enough to get to fast is a new outhouse.
